Sound Card

Serves to produce the sound of the computation performed by
computer, and the results can be heard using speakers. In
it there are some important components are: DSP (Digital Signal
Processor) which functions to handle most computing
associated with sound. DAC and ADC (Digital to Analog Converter) which
processing both incoming voice or sound from the computer,
MIDI and some others such as line out connector, game ports, etc.. Type
sound card: Onboard internal type, type of internal ISA or PCI card model,
and type of external (such as Sound Blaster Audigy, etc.).
